I’m a serial startup scaler: I’ve spent my career working with founders in high-impact businesses, including some of your favourite unicorns: Snyk, Monzo & GoCardless.

A galvaniser and an orchestrator, my sweet spot is shepherding tech startups through the awkward teenage years. I love working with founders that have an impactful vision, and want an experienced partner to help them set the right environment, structures and foundations to successfully scale into valuable businesses.

Typically it’s the right time for me to join when there’s a great idea, a little bit of funding, and an inkling of product-market fit. I set the foundations for cultural and operational excellence, shape and execute the tricky early strategy, and I graduate out once you’ve hit ~£10m ARR / Series C / 200 people.

I pride myself on fostering innovative high performance cultures through warmth, empathy and equipping talented people with the tools and context they need to joyfully overachieve against ambitious visions.
